How do I change my L5100 installer code?

If you know your installer code...
From the home screen of your L5100, click "More", then "Tools." Type your installer code (default: 4112) into the keypad display. In the programming menu, click "Program", then "Installer Code." Enter your new installer code here, then select "Done."

If you don't know your installer code...
And the default installer code (4112) didn't work, you need to power off the system. Then power the system back on. Press and hold the "Off" key while the "System Standby!" message appears on the display. When reboot stops, press the "Off" key again. Now a keypad will appear. Select "Clear", then enter "00" on the touchscreen display to arrive at the tools menu. From this menu, continue by following the steps above, as if you knew your installer code.
