Why does my Total Connect account keep showing the incorrect outside temperature on my thermostat?

Because you didn't specify your home address in the Total Connect location field.


This is an easy fix. Log in to your Total Connect account. Scroll down to the section labeled "Locations". Fill in the field with your home address and click "Save". When your Vista Panel or LYNX Touch L5100 has finished syncing, the correct outside temperature should now be displayed on your ZWSTAT thermostat.
