IEI Request to Exit Switch

The EZ-Rex is the accessory listed here for browser managed systems: a weatherproof request to exit switch built as a solid-state touch button with no moving parts. It is rated for a switch life greater than 20 million operations at an operating force of 6 to 12 oz, which is what makes it suit a high traffic exit where a mechanical button wears out.

A request to exit device releases the door from the inside and tells the system the exit was legitimate, so the door opening is not logged as forced.

See PC based accessories for software and gateways, or browse the full IEI catalog.

Contact our team with your door and system type and we can help you choose an exit device.
