Honeywell Controller Power and Protection Parts

This category holds the three parts that keep an installed controller running: the suppressor, the transformer and the battery. None of them are optional on a live system, and all three are the usual reason a panel is opened up years after commissioning.

The surge suppressor is used with the N-1000 family of access control panels, protecting the relay outputs where a lock or strike is switched. The power transformer is designed for the same controllers, and the replacement battery is a 12 Volt 4 Amp Hour unit that also fits other compatible controllers and devices.

The panels these serve are in controllers, and communication hardware is in network communication devices.
