Detex Battery-Powered Exit Alarms

The EAX-500 is a surface mount, battery-powered exit alarm supplied with a sensor kit and EA-561 warning sign, in gray or black and with a cylinder. The EAX-505 is a manual re-arm only model, and the EAX-510 adds a specific cover lock key number and a 1 second arming delay.

Other versions change the reset and arming behavior, such as manual shut off or timed auto reset and a 5 second arming delay with a 7-pin IC cylinder, and weatherized W models are listed for tougher locations. For wired power, see hardwired exit alarms.
