How to I access the programming mode on my LYNX Plus L3000?

To access programming mode:

1. Enter your installer code into the L3000 control panel keypad. (The default installer code is 4112) Then type (800) to access the programming mode.

2. If you DO NOT know your installer code, and the default installer code (4112) is not working, unplug the L3000 Panel transformer plug and the backup battery. Then reconnect the battery and transformer plug. In the first minute of system reboot, press and hold the asterisk (*) and (#) keys until the number (20) appears on the display. Press (*20) and type in a new 4-digit installer code. Now follow the steps in procedure (1) to access programming mode.
