Alarm Controls Request-to-Exit Bars and Sensors

REB request-to-exit push bars have a low profile (2-1/2" W x 2" H) and four SPDT switches for redundant operation. They are designed as an initiating device for a delayed egress timer or for electronically locked, non-fire rated doors, and a fire-rated door that needs a fire-rated latch cannot use the REB-1A, so consult your local building and fire codes. The REB-1A is a 36" bar, the REB-1DURO is 34-1/2" in duranodic bronze, and the REB-3DURO is a 48" bar.

The SREX-100 is an active infrared request-to-exit sensor for indoor applications, listed as a request-to-exit device under UL 294 and CAN/ULC-S319. It mounts above the door header so its detection pattern is over the door handle. Lock N' A Box kits pair a 600 lb (LNB-6-SREX) or 1200 lb (LNB-12-SREX) lock with the SREX-100.
