The Von Duprin 98EO-4-US28 is a rim exit device designed for single and double doors with a door length of 2'10" to 4'. The unit is equipped with a smooth mechanism case and no outside trim. The device features a satin aluminum finish.

The 98 series rim exit devices are for all types of single and double doors with mullion, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 2001 Grade 1. The 98 device has a smooth mechanism case. The rim device is non-handed except when the following device options are used: SD (Special Dogging), -2 (Double Cylinder) or SS (Signal Switch).
