RETURN POLICY
JMAC Supply will accept returns for stocked material within 90 days of the date of the original invoice for free. Return requests can be made through our website or via our customer service team by emailing [email protected]A Return Material Authorization or RMA must be generated in advance of all returns. RMAs are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Any material received without an RMA or with an expired RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. JMAC Supply will accept returns for stocked material only. All factory and special ordered materials are not eligible for return. Safes, key machines, programmers, software, and some electronic products may be ineligible for return. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Returns will only be accepted and processed at West Hempstead, NY location unless the RMA specifies otherwise. Each authorization will designate the appropriate return location based on the type of material. JMAC Supply is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Return authorizations do not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Credit will only be issued for merchandise returned in brand new, resalable condition. Credit will not be issued for any original shipping or handling charges. Merchandise should be in its original factory cartons/packaging and free of damage or markings. Material that is not returned in resalable condition will be returned at the customer's expense. Warranty claims and returns for defective material will be processed in accordance with manufacturer-specified policies. Products are warranted solely by the manufacturers and are subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Manufacturers policies are typically published and visible on their respective websites or through printed and/or digital catalogs. Please be advised that depending on the nature of your claim, and the manufacturer of the item, you may be offered a replacement or an in-warranty repair. We will do our best to represent our customer's interests to secure the best possible resolution. Ultimately however, it is the manufacturer's decision and we cannot be held responsible for the method that is chosen. Shipping labels and freight credits for warranty claims are also subject to manufacturer-specific policies and will be provided by, and at the discretion of each manufacturer.
