Dynalock 3000-LP Electromagnetic Lock, 1500lbs, Single Outswinging Door, Single Coil, Satin Aluminum

The Dynalock 3000-LP full size 1500 lbs. holding force electromagnet is designed for a single outswinging door The lock is equipped with a low power coil that operates on 12V only @ 0.16 Amps. The unit features a satin aluminum finish.

The 3000-LP's coil and housing assembly mounts rigidly to the door frame while the armature mounts to the door in a manner that allows it to pivot slightly to compensate for door irregularities. When the door is closed and the lock is energized the armature is magnetically bonded to the lock face, thus securing the door without utilizing any moving parts.

The 3000-LP is designed for life safety and high security on rated or nonrated doors and frames. The unit can be used in commercial, industrial or institutional openings where maximum security is required.
