The Camden CM-412DP is a 4-1/2" round push plate switch on a square black plate with the ADA logo engraved in blue. The DPDT switch is a heavy-duty, ADA-compliant door controls. The faceplate is stainless steel and the assembly is designed for easy installation. The unit's square stainless steel backplate is large enough to dress-up (cover) a poorly installed electrical box. It will also fit perfectly on most 4 1/2 surface boxes.
