Roll-up doors, security screens, and other doors are secured by the 1875 Two-Point Deadlock. Two bolts, which may be operated from either or both sides of the deadlock, are used to produce two-point locking.

Function: For use with overhead doors, roll-up security screens, or doors of the same nature. allows two bolts to be turned from either one or both sides. accepts common mortise cylinders to attach bolts in either the projected or retracted position with a key.

Operation: Bolts can be projected or retracted by a 90 turn. A key turned 360 degrees deadlocks the lock, preventing it from turning in either the locked or unlocked position. A normal 1" [25.4 mm] length, 1-5/32" [29.4 mm] diameter, MS cam-equipped mortise cylinder with MS cam, like the 4036 Mortise Cylinder, or a separate thumbturn, like the 4066 Thumbturn, are both compatible with the lock. The cylinder might come from either side or both.
