    A robust, long-lasting gadget that offers the security and convenience of remote control door-lock operation is the Catalog 154 Mortise Type Door Opener. This item flush mounts in lieu of the standard door strike plate and can bear nosing pressure of 35 lb (15.88 kg). Until a remote contact device electrically activates the opener, the door is locked. Use with an 88-50, 598 (154-AD), or 599 (154-G5 Transformer for AC versions.
