The HES-8300-LBM is an electric strike with a latchbolt monitor that meets the guidelines for retrofit fire-rated frames.

The strike works for metal and wood frames and is non-handed. Backed by a five-year limited warranty, the 8300-LBM is tamper resistant and adjusts vertically to compensate for misalignment resulting from door sag.
