A four-wire connection is needed to pair the IS215T passive infrared motion sensor to your control panel.
Two wires will connect terminals +/- 12V on the IS215T to the auxiliary power terminals on your Honeywell Control Panel. The other two wires connect the zone circuit on your panel to the C and NC terminals on the IS215T.

Mounting the IS215T...
This detector is meant to be mounted 7.5 feet off the floor, either in a corner or flat against a wall or surface. The back cover of the detector snaps off and is mounted to the wall. When the back cover is mounted and the wiring is in place, snap the front of the device onto its back cover. Do a walk test to ensure the device is working correctly.

A passive infrared motion detector is...
an electronic sensor that can detect invisible infrared heat energy that other objects emit. The term "passive" means the detector does not need to create its own heat in order to detect moving objects.
