The Pach & Company 7150P is a commercial-grade, surface-mounted multi-tenant telephone entry and access control system designed for apartment buildings, gated communities, commercial properties, and secured facility entrances. Part of the Pach & Company AeGIS 7000P Series, the 7150P supports up to 150 tenant directory entries and 150 personal access codes, allowing visitors to contact occupants through an analog telephone connection and authorized users to unlock controlled entrances using individual keypad codes. The system features a 16-character backlit LCD, illuminated numeric keypad, two dry-contact control relays, a programmable automatic unlock schedule, and postal lock preparation. Its brushed stainless steel front panel and dark gray powder-coated enclosure provide durable construction for indoor and outdoor applications. Operating on 12 VAC or 12 VDC with a supplied 12 VAC transformer, the 7150P supports remote door and gate release through compatible touch-tone telephones, non-volatile tenant data storage, and local programming. Backed by a 24-month limited manufacturer warranty, it provides a telephone-based visitor management and controlled-entry solution for residential and commercial buildings.

Pach & Company 7150P AeGIS 7000P Series 150-Tenant Telephone Entry System

The Pach & Company 7150P AeGIS Telephone Entry System provides integrated visitor communication and electronic entrance control for residential complexes, commercial properties, gated communities, and institutional facilities. Manufactured by Pach & Company as part of the AeGIS 7000P Series, this surface-mounted telephone entry panel supports 150 programmable tenant records and 150 individual access codes, allowing building managers to maintain an electronic directory of authorized occupants and users. Visitors can locate a tenant through the illuminated directory display and initiate a telephone call using the system keypad. Once connected, the occupant can communicate with the visitor and release a compatible electric door lock or automatic gate operator using a touch-tone telephone. Authorized residents and personnel can also enter their assigned access codes directly at the panel to gain entry without placing a telephone call. The system uses conventional analog telephone communication rather than an IP-based intercom connection, making it suitable for facilities equipped with compatible analog telephone service or telephone systems providing an appropriate analog interface.

The 7150P features a brushed stainless steel front panel, dark gray powder-coated back box, illuminated telephone directory, and backlit numeric keypad designed for frequent use in controlled entrance environments. Its single-line, 16-character LCD measures approximately 99 mm by 13 mm, providing a readable interface for tenant directory navigation, system programming, and operational information. The surface-mounted enclosure measures 10-13/16 inches high, 8-5/8 inches wide, and 3-3/4 inches deep, accommodating installation on building entrances, exterior walls, and compatible mounting pedestals. Electrical operation requires 12 VAC or 12 VDC power, with a 12 VAC transformer included, and the manufacturer specifies approximately 700 mA operating current. The January 2025 product datasheet identifies an operating temperature range of 10 F to 145 F (-12 C to 63 C), with accessory heating available for installations exposed to lower temperatures. The system incorporates two dry-contact relays, one auxiliary input, postal lock preparation, and non-volatile memory that retains programmed tenant information during power interruptions. Its mechanical enclosure and programmable control functions support indoor and outdoor installation when mounted and protected according to manufacturer requirements.

For multi-tenant access control applications, the Pach & Company 7150P allows occupants to authorize visitors through telephone-based communication and remote entrance release. The system stores individual tenant names, directory numbers, telephone numbers, and personal access codes, enabling both visitor-initiated calls and direct keypad entry. Directory codes can be configured for two-, three-, or four-digit operation, while programmable access control settings include unlock duration, telephone conversation time, invalid-code lockout, and manual unlock functions. The 7150P includes two dry-contact relay outputs for integration with compatible door release devices or gate control equipment, subject to the system's wiring and configuration requirements. A programmable automatic unlock schedule allows an entrance to remain accessible during designated operating periods, reducing the need for repeated manual release at properties with predictable access requirements. The panel is also postal lock ready, allowing integration with an approved postal access arrangement when the required hardware is installed. Additional capabilities include remote telephone access, keypad programming with audio prompts, and non-volatile memory storage. These functions make the 7150P suitable for apartment building lobbies, condominium entrances, office complexes, mixed-use properties, and controlled pedestrian or vehicle access points.

Installation of the Pach & Company 7150P surface-mount telephone entry panel requires a suitable mounting location, regulated power connection, compatible analog telephone service, and wiring to the controlled door or gate equipment. The supplied 12 VAC transformer supports standard electrical installation, while the system can also operate from a properly specified 12 VDC power source. The panel connects to a standard voice-grade telephone interface and uses touch-tone signaling to receive tenant commands for remote entry authorization. Programming is performed through the integrated keypad and LCD, allowing administrators to add or remove tenant records, configure directory assignments, update personal access codes, and adjust relay operating parameters. Optional accessories include the Pach AHP5 heater pad, USP1 AC and telephone surge protector, USP2L lightning protection device, UBAT1 12V backup battery, and UPM1L mounting pedestal. The heater accessory is particularly important for installations operating below the minimum temperature specified in applicable installation instructions. The 7150P supports 150 tenants in a surface-mounted enclosure, while the 7150FFP provides a flush-mounted alternative and the 7250P supports up to 250 tenants. Combining analog telephone entry, programmable access codes, dual-relay control, scheduled unlocking, and weather-suitable stainless steel construction, the Pach & Company 7150P provides a practical solution for managing visitor access and controlled entrances in residential and commercial properties.
