ARM's VC Series of UTP video transmission devices are the perfect, most cost-effective choice for installations requiring long video runs. ARM baluns convert a coaxial signal allowing it to travel over UTP cabling (CAT5E) over distances of up to 1000' for color video and 1968' for B/W video, when used with the VC1632A active receiver hub color video can be transmitted up to 3200'. Baluns are offered in RJ-45, push terminal and screw terminal connection models to fit your individual installation requirements. The VC3/VC3P compact size makes them small enough to fit in most camera housings and the VC4/VC4P includes a 4" BNC cord making them ideal for use with DVR and monitor equipment. The VC1616P passive transceiver and VC1632A active receiver are rack mountable hubs for professional installations and are designed to work for systems up to 16 cameras.
