No, Total Connect does not allow Z-Wave thermostats (or other Z-wave devices) to be controlled by a Only Z-Wave controllers are compatible with Z-Wave devices. In order for your 20P to be able to control Z-Wave devices, you would need a Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WiFi controller. The Tuxedo Touch works both as an alarm keypad and a controller for all Z-wave home automated devices, like locks, lights, and thermostats.
