  • Also known as: FL-FM996

    • The Fire-Lite FM-996 is a surface wall-mount electromagnetic door holder with 25-40 pounds of holding power.

    The unit is often used to hold open fire/smoke barrier doors until released by a switching device or fire detector. The door holder comes with a spacing kit for adapting to odd angles.

    In the event of power failure, the door holder automatically releases the door to the closed position. The magnet is designed to protect against transients and surges.    		Features:
