The Bosch MHW-S360R7-LLUS is an entry level management server designed for standard performance video applications and provides high reliability in a 1U form factor. The unit includes a US localization kit.
The Bosch MHW-S360R7-LL Management Server is a 19" (48.3 cm) rack-deployable 1U HP ProLiant DL360 G7 rackmount server. Designed for standard performance video applications and exceptional versatility, this server offers great reliability in a compact 1U form factor, making it ideal for space-restricted deployments. The rackmount features a quick-deploy rail system with sliding universal rails, allowing easy access to all system components for straightforward in-rack maintenance. It allows you to work more productively while reaping the benefits of scalable performance and greater energy efficiency at reduced prices.
The server includes an abundance of extras: A Quad-Core Intel Xeon CPU, 4 GB of RAM, a 146 GB SAS hard disk drive, and PCI-Express Gen2 technology. The system also has a DVD drive, a SCSI HBA, 2 HP NC382i Dual Port Multifunction Gigabit server adapters for a total of 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and dual 460 W hot-swappable power supplies. The server includes Microsoft Windows Server 2008 preinstalled.
The CPU is a 2.13 GHz Intel Xeon Processor E5606 with four cores. It has an L3 cache of 8.0 MB, an 80 W power supply, and DDR3-1066 memory. The CPU collaborates with the 4.0 GB of RAM, which is comprised of 2 sets of 2.0 GB PC310600R RDIMMs (registered DIMMs) operating at 1066 MHz, to provide performance, scalability, and support for memory-intensive applications in medium-sized recording environments without redundancy at the disk level.
Connecting external SCSI storage arrays, such as the Bosch DVA series of SCSI arrays, to the server through a PCIe single-channel SCSI Host Bus Adapter enables high-capacity data storage (arrays not included).
