With DiBos technology and HD / Megapixel camera support, the Bosch BRS-DVD-32A Recording Station Software (32 IP Cameras) enables live viewing and recording of IP-based surveillance videos with a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. The software package for the recording station includes a DVD case, a manual, and a base license for 32 IP cameras. Throughout the entire network, live and recorded video can be retrieved. In addition, it provides easy access to all information for authorized users, whether they are on-site or in remote network locations.
The recording station software supports 32 IP cameras and is compatible with compression standards including Bosch H.264, Bosch MPEG-4, Axis MPEG-4, MJPEG via HTTP, and TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol). The individual camera offers pan/tilt/zoom functionality in-window from both local and remote locations. In addition, the date/time, location, camera name, and connection status for devices such as detectors/sensors can be displayed alongside the camera images.
On a single PC, you can view live/recorded images from multiple remote locations via a scalable GUI (graphical user interface). This enables security managers to simultaneously monitor and supervise multiple locations, even if remote stations are connected via WAN.
The software of the BRS-DVD-32A recording station can be programmed to respond automatically to specific situations and events. It can respond to alarms by recording higher-quality videos and transmitting alarm messages to the security staff.
Using search and navigation functions, the recording software can easily play back videos using a graphical timeline. Users can simultaneously and synchronously play back video recordings from multiple stations using a single interface. The recording software's Smart Motion Search function eliminates tedious manual search operations. The recording software enables the archiving of digitally watermarked videos to ensure the integrity of the data. Using scheduled export, you can consistently back up your video recordings on external disk arrays and NAS devices (network attached storage). In addition, the software supports the export of camera data from multiple recorders.
Multiple levels of user authorization can be used to set individual permissions for each user, thereby determining system access rights. In addition, the recording software allows for the customization of parameters such as camera viewing and control, playback and export of recordings, and types of permitted system configuration settings.
In a database, the BRS-DVD-32A Recording Station software records events such as login, log-off, status changes, image transmission, video export, and system shutdown.
