2. Screw outside body #1 to Plate "A" using two 5mm x 1/2 inch screws. 3. Screw brass guide pin (15) into the hole on either side of the larger Plate B hole. 4. Install the deadbolt (#12) either at 2 3/8" or 2 3/4". 5. Hold outside body of Trim Plate A to the outside of the door. Hold Plate B against the inside of the door. Check that guide pin (15) fits through the hole in the deadbolt. Then screw into place. 6. Insert spindle 5 or 6 (whichever is the appropriate length) into Plate B's large hole until 1/2 inch of the spindle sticks out of Plate B. If 7/8" of the spindle sticks out, then you need to use a shorter spindle. Make sure the spindle is angled in line with the deadbolt slot. 7. Hold inside lock body up to Trim Plate B and screw it in place. 8. Test your lock before closing the door. Similar Products: M210 SN Keyless Deadbolt |
