How do I identify door handling?

Most Lockey Keyless locks, like the 2835 AB Lever Lock, have changeable handling that makes it compatible with both left and right-hand doors. That said, you still need to determine what handling your door requires.

To determine handling...
Look at the door from the exterior. If the door hinges are on the right side, the door is right-handed. If the hinges are on the left side, that means the door is left-handed. Reference the installation instructional manual that came with your lock. It will guide you through the process of programming the correct handling into your Lockey lock.
