Is it possible to upgrade the revision of Vista 10P?

No, the Vista 10P alarm panel isn't capable of a revision upgrade.

But there's an easy way to confirm that your control panel is indeed the Vista 10P.
Inside the beige metal box that houses your alarm system, you'll find a 1 inch by 1 inch black PROM chip in the center. If you see "WA10P-rev #," it's a 10P, which means you are unable to upgrade without replacing the panel.

To upgrade with Vista 15/20P...

For the Vista-15P ("WA15P-rev #"), you need a Vista-15P PROM chip upgrade. The same goes for the Vista-20P ("WA20P-rev #"), which will need a Vista-20P PROM chip upgrade. The aforementioned upgrades will bring the panels current with the newest revision, 9.12. However, in order for the system to work with Total Connect 2.0, your control panel must have an internet communicator or a cellular communicator. Look for a "TC" sticker on the outside of your communicator box to make sure you don't already have one. Without these enhancements, your system will not be compatible with Honeywell's Total Connect 2.0 service.

Total Connect 2.0 is...
is an interactive alarm service available for certain Honeywell Control Panels, like the Vista Series and LYNX Series Panels, which gives users remote control of their security systems using a smartphone or mobile internet device.
