Much like the 5816, the 5816MN mini sensor is mounted to doors and windows to provide a reliable line of protection for home and office access points. The 5816's internal terminal screws can be wired to a hardwired alarm device. It requires a normally closed loop and can be used with its corresponding magnet for convenient, wireless door/window security. The sensor is mounted on the door or window frame using double-sided tape. The magnet is mounted on the door or window using double-sided tape.
