Before physically removing a wireless device, you have to delete the device from the security system. Failing to do this will cause your Honeywell Control Panel to receive trouble signals. To delete a device... On your keypad (or alpha numeric keypad for Vista Panels), enter the *56 mode via the installer menu. Type in the zone number of the device you aim to uninstall. Press (*) to move out of the summary screen and into the next programming section. Enter (00) for the zone type to set it as "Not Used". This will erase the sensor from your system.
