The Wave2 Siren does not need a driver to operate. Neither does the Wave2F nor the Wave2PD. Wave2 series sirens have speakers and drivers built into the device. All that's required to install these self-contained sirens is to wire it to your Honeywell Control Panel's bell circuit.
