Use the first two wires to connect terminals +/- 12V on the IS216 to the auxiliary power terminals on the Vista Panel (4 and 5). With the last two wires, connect the zone circuit on your panel to IS216's C and NC terminals. Mounting the IS216... Honeywell designed the detector to be mounted 7.5 feet off the floor, preferably in a corner or resting flat against a wall. The detector has a back cover that snaps off, which allows for easy mounting. With the back cover mounted to the wall and wiring in place, snap the front of the device onto its back cover.
