Why is my ZWSTAT Thermostat set to 80 degrees every morning on Total Connect 2.0?

That's because your system is set to Total Connect's Energy Star default temperature settings.

When your Z-Wave thermostat is connected to a control panel that works with Total Connect 2.0, like the LYNX Touch 5100, Total Connect will sometimes default to temperature settings determined by Energy Star. To adjust these settings, you will need to access your Total Connect 2.0 account by logging in. In the automation section, find your thermostat and open the schedule menu by clicking the icon beside it. You should now see slide bars with pre-programmed temperature settings. To reset these settings, click "All Days", select each slider knob and switch off "enable". Then click "Save" and your ZWSTAT settings will be changed.
