RETURN POLICYJMAC Supply accepts product returns for items which are brand new and unopened for 30 days following delivery of the order. In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization from JMAC. Requests for return must be received by JMAC within 30 Days of the order being delivered. Returned items must be in brand new condition, with any original seals and packaging still intact and showing no signs of use or wear.
The following items are NOT returnable:
-Items returned without a Return Authorization issued by JMAC will be refused.
-All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items which were sold with Free Shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from any refund due.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-All returns must be sent back in an external shipping carton. Items which are sent back in their product packaging or if their product packaging has any markings, signs of wear, use or damage, will be refused. NOTE: This does not apply to the select few large items which ship from JMAC in their product packaging.
-Any returns received which do not meet the required criteria may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Important: JMAC Supply distributes professional grade products which are manufactured and marketed with the intent that they be installed by trained or experienced technicians or installers. JMAC Supply does not guarantee that any particular item will work for a desired application. Product selection and installation should be done by informed parties who understand the products and technologies we offer and are experienced in their set-up and operation.

Defective Items/Warranty Policy
All items ordered from JMAC Supply are brand and shipped to you as is in their original packaging from the manufacturer. All manufacturer's warranties apply and we are glad to represent our customers in facilitating a warranty claim when defective merchandise is received or discovered during use.
Please Note: While we do assist our customers by facilitating the warranty claims process with the product manufacturers, JMAC Supply does not provide any implied product warranty of its own. As such, any policies stated, course of action selected or procedure employed by a product manufacturer with regard to warranty coverage is the sole remedy available to obtain warranty service. Brand-specific warranty coverage can be found on the product manufacturer's website or by contacting us.

Depending the product and its manufacturer's warranty policies, you may be required to troubleshoot an item with a manufacturer's tech support prior to being issued an authorization for warranty service.
IMPORTANT: If you have already completed this step, please include any ticket or case number that may have been provided to you.
Please be advised that depending on the nature of your claim, and the manufacturer of the item, you may be offered a replacement or an in-warranty repair. We will do our best to represent our customer's interests to secure the best possible resolution. Ultimately however, it is the manufacturer's decision and we cannot be held responsible for the method that is chosen.
Note: There are times when the warranty claim process does not happen as quickly as we would like. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive the proper service as quickly as possible.
