The unit is equipped with a grooved mechanism case and no outside trim. The device features a satin chrome finish.
The 9947 concealed vertical rod device is for use on single or double metal doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 2001 Grade 1. The concealed vertical rod device is non-handed except when the following device options are used: SD (Special Dogging), or SS (Signal Switch). The following finishes are available: US3, US3A, US4, US4A, US10, US26, US26D, US26D-AM Antimicrobial, US28, 313, 315 & 643E. US15 and US32D are only offered with the 98 Series.
