The Rixson 117-3/4-613 center hung pivot set includes the 340 top pivot. Bottom pivot mortised into floor. For interior or exterior doors weighting up to 600 lbs. The pivot set is designed for a maximum door size of 4'0"x 8'6". Great for hidden doors and hidden bookcase. The unit features an oil rubbed bronze finish.
