    • The Bosch FCP-500-P is a transparent photoelectric smoke detector with colored inserts.

    The detector has an easy-clean surface and uses scattered light technology to detect early stages of fire. Daylight interference is avoided by an optical filter. With its low-profile design, the FCP-500-P easily matches the surrounding decor. The device is flush-mountable and requires a base.

    The FCP-500 Conventional Flush-mount Detectors are open-area photoelectric smoke detectors with UL certification. Use them in conjunction with business fire protection signaling systems and residential fire warning systems (see NFPA 72, the National Fire Alarm Code). These smoke detectors are offered as either photoelectric smoke detectors or multi-sensor detectors incorporating a carbon monoxide (CO) sensor. The detectors are suited for locations where elevated dust and fiber concentrations are anticipated. Each kind is available in white or clear with colored inserts. These smoke detectors meet the most stringent aesthetic standards. Their ultra-low profile design allows for ceiling-mounted installation. The P versions of detectors and coverings are offered with reversible color rings printed in 32 colors for individual color matching.    		Features:
